The Qualification Requirements for Water Structures Contractors

In the master thesis are explained terms related to public contract. The greatest attention is devoted the various types of qualification assumptions. The main objective is to compare qualification requirements of public works contracts in the field of water management structures. The analysis was performed on four specific public contracts, with an analysis of the differences between them were found. Public contract, open procedure, simplified sub-limit management, qualification, qualification requirements, the sponsor, the expected value, the law on public contracts.

There are analyzed particular selection procedures including open simplified under-limited procedure and small-range contract. After that there is presented practical part, the main point of this work is to determine which of the qualification prerequisites are for submitter of public orders the most important. Consequently there is recommended which of the qualification prerequisites in convenient to use.
Selection of Contractor for Public Works Contracts

In this work the author has focused on meeting with the process of assigning public contracts, on detail monitoring of the composition and number of quali-fying prerequisites and on evaluation criteria. To analyze such prerequisites and criteria the author used data from public contract information sub-system. Sub-sequently the gained information were processed and evaluated, including spe-cific projects. Eventually, based on the collected data, the author suggested gen-erally suitable structure of qualification prerequisites and evaluation criteria.

The master’s thesis is about qualification prerequisities of submitter of public orders on construction works. The first four theoretic chapters discuss the submitters and kinds of public contract. There are analyzed particular selection procedures including open simplified underlimited procedure and small-range contracts, which are related to the second part of the master’s thesis. After that there is presented practical part. The main point of this work is to determine which of the qualification prerequisities are for submitter of public orders the most important. Consequently there is recommended which of the qualification prerequisities is convenient to use. The master’s thesis inculdes prices‘ development of public contracts on construction works in the sphere of traffic in years 2009 – 2011.
Evaluation of public orders

This thesis is focused on the evaluation process of procurement and its very detailed mapping regarding to example of qualifications, assessing bids in terms of ratings according to different methods. For the analysis of selected public contracts, the author used informations from the information system on public procurement, which is accessible to the entire job, including all relevant requirements. On the basis of this contract evaluation was conducted using three methods and their comparison. Furthermore, part of the thesis is to design a fictional version based on the same public contract, in which are also collected additional sub-criteria and information. On the basis of these findings and the criteria is carried out further evaluation and is observed difference from the original version.

The first part contains basic notions of the public procurement and describes the various qualifying criteria. The second part deals with practical use the qualifying requirements. The aim of this thesis is the analysis frequency occurrences of qualifying criteria and develop detailed statistics their real application in the South Moravia Region in 2011.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on issue of the qualifying requirements for the public works contracts. The first part contains basic notions of the public procurement and describes the various qualifying criteria. The second part deals with the practical application of qualification requirements and evaluation criteria. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the frequency of occurrence of qualification criteria, evaluation criteria and examining the percentage weights for each individual criteria.
Tendering Procedure in Process of Investment Construction

The issue solved in this thesis is the procedure for the award of public contract with extensive subject matter of the construction works. In accordance with assumed level of fulfillment, over limit public order is awarded in open procedure. Afterwards, the analysis of submitted bids from contenders was created in parallel with an assessment of the impacts, which have occurred during the implementation of the fulfilling of the public contract. The thesis is examined from the perspective of the Act No. 137/2006 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended. Future recommendation is the establishment of new amendment to that Act, with the aim to increase the evaluation criterion of economic advantageousness of tenders.

RESUMÉ AJ "Decision-making practice of the Office for the Protection of Competition in cases of proving qualification requirements in public tenders" The annual report of the Office for the Protection of Competition for the year 2014 comes to a conclusion that the most frequent mistake of a contracting authority is stipulation of disproportional (discriminating) qualification requirements. The objective of my paper is shedding light on selected contentious areas that are dealt with by the Office for the Protection of Competition, by regional courts or by the Supreme Administrative Court respectively, thus illustrating the most frequent mistakes committed by contracting authorities when stipulating qualification requirements. The paper is structured into several chapters for addressing the selected topic. The first part of the paper introduces the basic concepts and the institute of public tenders closely related to subsequent setting of qualification requirements while also referring to elementary judiciary practice. The subsequent chapters describe particular categories of qualification requirements like elementary qualification requirements, vocational qualification requirements, economical and financial qualification requirements, as well as technical qualification requirements. This diploma thesis deals with the qualification requirements for the role of teacher's assistants.The main aim of this thesis is to find out a level of satisfaction of teacher's assistants with the current form of qualification courses for teachers assistant role. The diploma thesis consists of four chapters, three of them are theoretical and the last chapter is a practical part. Theoretical part defines legislative background for the role of teacher's assistant, preferred personal traits, abilities and skills, the scope of work and the possibility of obtaining professional qualification and further education for the role of teacher's assistants. Also, there is a comparison of the teacher's assistant role in Czech Republic and abroad.
